The NRS is a vital service that allows people who are deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech impairment to make and receive phone calls.
The NSW Ports Whistleblower Hotline
The NSW Ports Whistleblower Hotline is an independent service run by Stopline (a provider of whistleblowing services) that gives Eligible Persons the opportunity to report Wrongdoing – anonymously if they wish. Wrongdoing and Eligible Persons are defined in the NSW Ports Whistleblower Protection Policy.
The service includes:
- Dedicated hotline number, website, mail and email address for Eligible Persons to report suspected incidents of Wrongdoing.
- Independent experts taking calls and analysing disclosures.
- Timely reporting of incidents to nominated representatives within NSW Ports.
